Red Bull Air Races Return to San Diego

San Diego, Calif – May 2, 2008 – The next stop on the Red Bull Air Race series is San Diego this weekend, May 3 – 4. Last year the San Diego races drew more than 50,000 spectators to the waterfront for a weekend of high-speed, exciting action. The 2008 air race series kicked off on April 10 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Paul Bonhomme won the race in his Edge 540. Detroit is the next stop on the tour (May 31 – June 1). In all there are 10 races hosted in nine different countries, including Sweden for the first time. If you can’t be there in person, you can keep up with the action on the Red Bull Air Race site.
